Biggest adventure of them all – the Evergreen State Fair! Vada had a great time in the play farm area…
She wasn’t too sure about the turkey…
I was so excited that she could actually ride the kiddie rides this year. She loved them!
And that’s the end of our vacation! We had a great time with Grandma Jo!!!
We start our day with “I’m a little puppy dog”… Or maybe it was “I’m a little kitty”? It’s always one of the two.
This was the last day of the semester for Little Gym. Don’t worry, we signed her up for the next semester!
In the evening, Vada played dress up in this ridiculously too small dress, plus barbie shoes… hilarious!
So ladylike…
After the dress came off, I put her to work rinsing blackberries. I think she ate a pint or two…
We went shopping! Here we are at Molbaks…
In the evening, on of Vada’s classmates had a birthday party. The theme was Hawaiian – yay!
It took her quite a while to figure out the limbo thing…

I loved watching her play with her friends. It’s only a tiny glimpse of things to come… 
Vada showed off her princess outfit for grandma…
And then we went to the Cougar Mountain Zoo! This time we got to see the two baby tigers playing, which was so cool! So cool, I forgot to take pictures of them. 
But I did get some nice pictures of Vada with her grandma!
And here are some cute pics mom took at bathtime that evening.
Vada’s daycare was closed for 3 days of “inservice”, so we invited Grandma Jo out for a visit, and had ourselves a little vacation. Vada started off with a tattoo, and picked a page of random words (they’re supposed to be cut out individually, but whatever!).
Every girly girl needs a pedicure when she’s on vacation!
And a gourmet breakfast while her stylist does her hair…
In the evening, Vada had her last swim lesson of the season. We’ll miss you, pool! But we’ll be back to visit on Fridays whenever we can!

Vada has been loving playing dress-up lately. Like most little girls, her favorite is “princess”.
We went to the Cougar Mountain Zoo yesterday afternoon. It’s a nice little zoo, and has the world’s largest collection of brass animal statues. Very cool!
